Description
The Boot is an inn that has been converted into a house, dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed of painted brick with a concrete tiled roof. The building has two storeys and a basement, set on a plinth with a plat band, and the roof is hipped to the left. There are stacks at the rear centre and projecting at the end right. On the left side, there are two wooden casements on each floor, while the right side features one wooden casement on the first floor and one glazing bar sash on the ground floor. The central feature is a projecting two-storey porch, which has a round-headed doorway with half-panelled doors and a segmental-shaped pediment. There are basement openings on both the left and right sides.
