Description
No. 3 Church Street in St. Clement's is a 17th-century building with a two-storey brick front that is plastered. It has a tiled roof featuring an attic dormer with a flat lead roof and tiled cheeks. The building has two sash windows on the upper floor, which are box sashes with glazing bars and shutters. On the ground floor, there are two box-framed windows, also with glazing bars. The entrance features a mid-18th-century six-panelled door, flanked by pilasters and topped with a pediment that has been restored, including its dentils. A modern garage door is present. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 1 to 5 (odd) Church Street, Nos. 53 to 57 (odd) High Street, and Nos. 22 to 34 (even) Fisher Street.
