Description

Nos 5 to 9 on College Road are mid-19th century buildings that stand two storeys tall and are constructed of yellow brick. They feature a slate roof with stone coping. The front of the buildings has three sash windows with intact glazing bars. Number 7 includes shutters, brick heads, cambered reveals, and wooden surrounds. The doorways are simple round-headed doorcases with four-panelled doors. Number 9 has an additional doorcase on the side that leads to a rear entry. These buildings are included for their group value, as they form a cohesive group with Nos 5 to 49 (odd).
