Description

Nos 5 and 6 Alfred Square are an early 19th century pair of houses. They are three storeys tall with a basement, constructed from red brick with rendered basements. The buildings have a tiled roof and feature one sash window each, with verticals only. The doorways are highlighted by open pedimented doorcases that have panelled reveals and six-panelled doors. Together with Nos 1 to 8b Alfred Square, they form a group with No 1 Sandown Road.
