Description

The buildings at 21 and 23 College Road date from the mid-19th century. They are a three-storey structure built of yellow brick, with a slate roof. Each building has a single sash window, set within moulded wooden architraves with a cambered head. Simple, round-headed doorcases and a central passageway between numbers 5 and 49 (the odd-numbered properties) create a unified group.
