Description
Pieces of Eight is a block of two-storey houses, including No 59 Strand Street, located at 31 Bowling Street. The building features a rendered facade that dates back to a late 16th century structure. It has a tiled roof with an eaves gutter, and the eaves are adorned with modillion brick. The front includes four box sash windows with glazing bars. No 31 Bowling Street, along with No 59 and the boundary wall on Strand Street, forms a cohesive group.
