Description
The Endeavour Public House is a 17th-century establishment located on Wootton Lane in Denton and Wootton. It features red and blue chequered brickwork and has a plain tiled roof. The building has a lobby entrance plan and stands two storeys high on a plinth, with a half-hipped roof to the left and a hipped roof with a catslide outshot to the right. There are chimney stacks at the left end and the centre right. To the left, there is a projecting catslide outshot that includes a range of casement windows and a half-glazed door on the right side. The main range has two wooden casements on the first floor and three sash windows with cambered heads on the ground floor. The central entrance features a boarded door with a glazed raking porch, while there is also a half-glazed door to the left with a metal casement, and another at the right return. Inside, the pub includes an inglenook and exposed joists and beams.
