Description
Court Lodge is a mid-19th century house located on the east side of Wootton Lane in Denton and Wootton. The building is constructed of flint with red brick dressings, while the rear elevation is made of red brick. It features a plain tiled and scalloped tiled roof, and is one storey high with an attic. The house has a central stack and a gabled semi-dormer with a pierced barge board. On the front, there is a small sash window to the left and a tripartite glazing bar sash window to the right, along with a central boarded door set in a gabled and trellised porch. The left return of the building includes cambered glazing bar sashes on the first floor, one on the ground floor, and a tripartite glazing bar sash, all adorned with label hoods, as well as a roundel in the gable end.
