Description

This building, located about 20 metres south of Preston House, is a house that was once a pair of cottages. It dates from the early 18th century and features painted brick with a rendered left return. The roof is thatched, while the rear wing has a plain tiled roof. The structure has one storey and an attic, topped with a hipped roof. There are two raking dormers, with stacks located at the rear and on the right end. The front facade includes two segmental-headed glazing bar sashes and two central boarded doors, along with a hipped extension to the right. A 20th-century glazed door is present in the rear wing.
