Description

Deal House is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of flint with red brick dressings and features a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys set on a plinth, with quoins, pilaster strips at the plat band, and corbelled eaves. There is a stack located to the centre left. The windows display irregular fenestration, with six wooden casements on each floor. Access is through a glazed door located in the left return. Inside, the house has large scantling ceiling joists and retains some original fittings, including doors with cockspur hinges.
