The main facade faces Cattle Market and features yellow brick on Moat Sole, while the Cattle Market side is plastered. It has modern sash windows, a rounded corner, and a tiled roof. There is a modern door on the Moat Sole side. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 12 (even), Nos 14 to 22 (even), St Johns Hospital Almshouses, and the United Reform Church on Cattle Market.
