Description
No 4 Moat Sole is a 17th century timber-framed building. The first floor features rough cast plaster, while the ground floor is made of painted brick. It has a tiled roof with a central stack. The building includes four 18th century sash windows with glazing bars and two battened painted doors. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 12 (even), Nos 14 to 22 (even), St Johns Hospital Almshouses, and the United Reform Church at Cattle Market.
