No. 9 Beer Cart Lane is a 18th-century timber-framed building that has been refronted. It stands two storeys tall, with a brick ground floor and a first floor that is hung with fishscale tiles. The building features an old tiled roof and has two 19th-century sash windows, along with triple sashes on the ground floor. The entrance has a plain doorcase with a six-fielded panelled door. The side elevation is also tile-hung. There is a coachhouse extension that includes a hipped dormer and a trap door. Nos. 6 to 9 Beer Cart Lane form a group.
