Description

No 3 Beer Cart Lane is a late 18th-century building that features two storeys, basements, and attics, constructed from red brick. It has a parapet and a tiled roof with two dormers. A stringcourse runs along the building. The façade includes two sash windows set in moulded architraves with intact glazing bars. The doorcase is adorned with a cornice and two console brackets, has panelled reveals, and features a six-panelled door with four steps leading up to it. There is a later doorcase on the right-hand side. No 3, along with its garden wall and gatepiers, forms a group.
