Description

No. 8 St Margaret's Street is a building that was rebuilt in facsimile after sustaining damage during the war, with only the ground floor remaining original. It is a three-storey structure made of red brick, featuring stone coping. The building has three sash windows that only have verticals. The original early 19th-century doorcase is notable for its semi-hood, scrolled brackets, and an interesting floral-decorated frieze. Nos. 5 to 8 St Margaret's Street form a group.
