Description
Nos 35 and 35A on St Margaret's Street are buildings from the 17th century and later. They are three storeys tall and constructed of painted brick, topped with an old tiled roof that is hipped at one end. No 35 features a 19th-century sash window on the second floor and a three-light sash window on the first floor, along with a later 19th-century shopfront that includes two doors, pilasters, and panelled risers. No 35A has a 18th-century sash window with intact glazing bars on the second floor and a three-light sash window on the first floor, as well as a later 19th-century shopfront with pilasters. These buildings, along with Nos 27 to 36 and the Church of St Margaret, form a group.
