No. 88 St Dunstan's Street is a timber-framed building that was refaced in the early 19th century. It has three storeys and is constructed of buff brick. The roof is hipped and covered with old tiles, featuring stone coping. On the first floor, there is one sash window and a three-light bay window. The ground floor includes an early 19th-century shopfront with pilasters. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 87 to 95, as well as the garden wall and gate piers to No. 87.
