This property comprises three early 18th-century buildings, Nos. 23, 25, and 29, on Wincheap. No. 23 is two storeys and stuccoed, with an old tiled roof and one hipped dormer. It has modern windows and a modern shop front. No. 25 is three storeys and cement-rendered, with a hipped tiled roof. It features two altered casement windows and a first-floor three-light canted bay. A later shop front and an early 19th-century doorcase with a cornice, pilasters, and a six-panelled door are located on the right side. No. 29 is two storeys and stuccoed, with a weatherboarded side elevation and an old tiled roof. There are three 19th-century canted bays on the first floor, and a late 19th-century shop front.
