Description

The buildings at 50 and 52 Wincheap date from the 18th century and were originally a single house. They are three storeys high and constructed of red brick with a hipped tiled roof and stone coping. The front elevation features two sash windows and one blank opening; some original glazing bars remain. A plinth runs along the base. A central doorcase features a semi-circular fanlight and six fielded panels. Number 52 has a modern shop front. The rear elevation has a roof with two hips. Numbers 42 to 64 (even) form a group.
