Description

Number 64 on Wincheap is a 17th-century building that has been refaced. It stands two storeys tall and is constructed of painted brick, topped with an old tiled roof featuring two hipped dormers. The building has two later windows, a 19th-century shop front, and a modern door on the left side. The rear elevation slopes down to ground level. The side elevation is timber-framed, with the first floor covered in weatherboarding and the ground floor made of brick. Numbers 42 to 64 on Wincheap form a group.
