27 North Lane is part of a 15th-century range that includes Nos 25 and 26. The building has two storeys and is timber framed, though it is now covered in plaster. It features an old tiled roof and a bressumer. The front has three casement windows, while the ground floor includes one sash window and a doorcase on the left side. The side elevation has two brick stacks. Nos 25 to 27 together form a group.
