Description

This is a range of eight terraced houses, numbered 27 to 33, dating from the 18th century and located on the north-west side of London Road. The houses are built of red brick with a tiled roof. Each house has two storeys and a single sash window on each floor, retaining its original glazing bars and stone cills. There are two blank windows within the range. Simple, round-headed door surrounds feature four-panelled doors, approached by two stone steps. A plinth runs along the base of the building, and a footscraper is present. Numbers 25 to 33 form a group.
