Description

This is a two-storey timber-framed building, refaced with painted brick in the 19th century. It has an old tiled roof and a modern shop front. The front elevation features a three-light mullioned and transomed window. The rear elevation is timber-framed with some herringbone brick infill, with three hipped dormers. Restored mullion windows with leaded lights are present on the rear. The building dates to 1620, as indicated on the rear, and the roof is structured in a series of hips. The building is included in the listing for its group value with the adjacent property at number 14.
