Description

The Cricketers is a late 17th century timber-framed building with an 18th century front. It has two storeys, with part of the exterior stuccoed and part in painted brick. The roof is old and tiled, hipped at one end. The building features a later shop front and a pub front. The side elevation is stuccoed and includes one dormer and two sash windows with intact glazing bars, along with an early 19th century doorcase that has a pilastered surround. The rear elevation shows traces of the original timber framing. The Cricketers is part of a group with No 15.
