Description
Nos 77, 78, and 79 on St Dunstan's Street are a notable building originally constructed as a single house in the 16th century. This timber-framed structure features a plastered front that was restored at the end of the 19th century. The building stands three storeys high and has three gables. The first and second floors overhang the ground floor, supported by a particularly heavy moulded beam and carved brackets. There are bay windows on the first floor, while modern shopfronts have been added. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 67 to 81 on the same street.
