Description

Laurel Cottages, located at 195 and 197 Canterbury Road in Herne Bay, are 18th-century buildings that have been refronted in pebbledash. They stand two storeys tall and feature a tiled roof. The cottages have four sash windows with intact glazing bars. The ground floor windows are fitted with hoods, which were likely added later. No 1 has a porch, also probably a later addition, while No 2 features a trellised wooden porch. Laurel Cottages, along with Little Cottage and No 203 (The Priory), form a group of buildings.
