Description

This granary or stowage building, located about 35 metres northeast of Ruffyn's Hill Farmhouse, dates from the 18th century. It is constructed from ragstone and red brick, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high and features a brick eaves cornice on its hipped roof. The left section is built in brick, while the right side is made of ragstone. There is an upper boarded door located to the centre right, accessed by wooden ladder-stairs, and a boarded door at the centre on the ground floor. This structure is included for its group value.
