Description

The Vent House, formerly known as Vent Farmhouse, is a farmhouse dating to the 18th century with an older rear range. The front range is built of red brick with grey brick headers defining panels between the ground and first-floor windows. The roof is tiled with an eaves cornice. Six sash windows with intact glazing bars are present. A doorcase features brick pilasters, a projecting cornice, and a door of eight fielded panels. The rear range is older and incorporates the remains of a hall-house with a cross wing.
