Description

This is a headstone dedicated to George Blechynden, a gentleman who died in 1743. It stands about 3½ feet high and features floriated scrolled shoulders leading to a segmental cornice adorned with Rocaille decoration. The design includes two winged cherubs and crossed bones. The headstone is located approximately 4 metres southeast of the Church of St. John.
