Description
Loudon Cottages are two isolated cottages located in the center of Godinton Park, set back from the drive. They date back to the 15th century and are constructed with a timber frame and brick infilling. The building features a recessed center flanked by two wings, with an overhanging first floor. The ground floor of the east wing has been underbuilt in brick. The cottages have a tiled roof topped with a massive brick chimneystack and are two stories tall, with four casement windows. In the 19th century, a tall two-story addition with one window bay and a gable was added to the east end of the building.
