Description

This is an iron hand pump located about 5 metres west of Quested's Cottage, dating from the mid-19th century. It features a cast iron pump and handle mounted on a rebuilt red brick base. The pump has a simple column without a cap and a multiple-curved handle, along with a fluted and knopped spout. The brick base is approximately 2 feet high. This hand pump is included for its group value.
