Description

This is a cartshed located 20 meters south of Pitt Manor Farm House, dating from the mid-18th century. It features rendered cob walls resting on a rubble flint plinth on three sides, with a timber-frame structure inside. The original thatched roof has been replaced with corrugated iron. The cartshed has four bays and an open front, with the left three bays slightly projecting forward. Inside, there is a first floor above a stud and muntin partition, and the roof is supported by queen struts.
