Description
Pitt Vale Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse that now serves as a private residence. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof. The building has a three-bay by two-bay layout and stands two stories tall on a plinth. The front elevation has three bays, with a central top-glazed door that has a segmental head, set within a tall brick porch. This porch is adorned with a rubbed brick round-headed arch, a cornice, and a low parapet. Above the door is a 12-pane segmental-headed sash window, while the other bays contain 16-pane segmental-headed sash windows, each fitted with 19th-century louvred shutters. The roof is hipped, with chimney stacks located on the right end wall and behind the ridge to the left.
