Description

The Eclipse Inn is a public house located on the north side of The Square, dating back to the 16th century, although it has been significantly modernized. The building is timber-framed and features a three-storey gable facing the street. The ground floor has a modern public house frontage designed to look period. There is a seven-light casement window with wooden mullions, and a three-light bay window on the first floor. The gable has decorative bargeboards, and the roof is tiled. The listed buildings from No 10 to No 25 on the north side of The Square are recognized as a group.
