Description

Nos 12 to 14 on Parchment Street are early 19th-century houses built in 1833. They are three storeys high, with a basement and attic. The buildings have red brick walls with grey brick panels and feature wide eaves and a slate roof. Each house has one sash window with glazing bars and one silver grey brick panel above the door, which is a good contemporary panelled door with a lattice fanlight. There is one dormer for each house, and the steps are fitted with rails.
