Description

This is an 18th-century building of three bays, located on Parchment Street. It is constructed of painted brick and stands two storeys high. Originally, it had a pedimented central feature and a three-window width, but a single window has been added on the right side. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, except for the window in number 6. A modillion cornice runs along the top. The roof is hipped and covered with old tiles. The buildings from numbers 6 to 9 on Parchment Street form a group of buildings of group value.
