Description

This is an 18th-century building of three storeys, constructed of painted brick. It has an old tiled roof that is "nipped" on one side, and a bracketed eaves cornice. The front features two sash windows with intact glazing bars, set within moulded architraves, with an overhang supported by brackets. A later shop front has been added. The rear elevation has a hipped roof. Numbers 34 to 39 St Peter's Street form a group of buildings with group value.
