Description

Nos 13 to 16 on College Street, built in 1833, are a row of three-storey buildings that originally date back to the 16th century but were refaced in the 18th century. The buildings are constructed of stucco and feature a bracketed eaves cornice. The roofs are a mix of slate and old tiles, and the upper floors are timber framed, extending over the ground floor. The windows are irregularly placed, with No 15 displaying a bow window on the first floor that has a dentil cornice. The row contains six windows overall, which have dashes with glazing bars. Additionally, No 15 features a small paned 19th-century shop front. The doors are flush panelled with architrave surrounds and decorative paterae. These buildings, along with Nos 1 and 2 Kingsgate Street, are part of a group of listed buildings on College Street.
