Description

127 and 128 Rectory Lane are a pair of cottages dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed with coursed flint and brick dressings and feature a slate roof. The cottages are two stories high and consist of a single wide bay, positioned end on to the road. The doors are located near the ends of the buildings and are sheltered by 19th-century gabled weatherboarded porches. Inside, there are two 2-light casement windows with cambered heads on the ground floor, and two more on the first floor. A large stack is situated in front of the ridge at the center of the cottages. At the far end, there is a 19th-century weatherboarded lean-to store.
