Description
West Stratton Manor is a house dating from the early 19th century, built on the site of an earlier structure. It is constructed of stuccoed brick with a slated roof and brick stacks. The building has a square double pile layout and features later 19th-century additions on the left side. It has three bays and two storeys. A late 19th-century single-storey rectangular porch is rendered and includes a parapet, cornice, flat roof, and a 19th-century door. Each side of the house has 16-pane sash windows, and above them are wide 12-pane sashes on either side of a 9-pane sash. The roof is hipped, low-pitched, with overhanging eaves and stacks located on the return ridges behind the front.
