Description

No. 3 St Swithun Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It features red brick walls, a dentil cornice, and a parapet. The façade has three windows, with a door located beneath the left-hand window. The doorway is arched and recessed, complete with a fanlight above. On the east elevation, there is one window that has a good wrought iron balcony. The building has sash windows with glazing bars and a six-panel door. The roof is not visible. Nos. 1 to 3 St Swithun Street form a group with the Kingsgate.
