It features a stucco front wall with a plinth, while the other walls are constructed of yellow brickwork in Flemish Garden Wall bond, and the rear walls are made of painted brickwork. The building has a tiled roof, with a catslide at the rear and a double pile at the south end, along with single-storeyed extensions at the rear that have hipped roofs. The symmetrical west front elevation is two storeys high and has three windows, with sashes set in reveals. The entrance features a slender doorcase with a cornice on brackets, thin fluted pilasters, and double doors, each consisting of three panels with the top panels glazed.
