Description

No. 12 High Street is a house dating from the 18th century, with 19th and 20th century rear extensions. The walls are made of brickwork, featuring a mix of Flemish bond and areas of blue headers, with a plinth and cambered ground-floor openings. The roof is tiled and hipped on the south side. The near-symmetrical east front elevation has two storeys and three windows. The south side windows are early 19th century sashes in exposed frames, while the others are 20th century casements. The doorway has a moulded cornice and a plain frame that encloses a fanlight and a four-panelled door.
