Description
The cascade on spring, located 100 meters southwest of the southwest wing of Mottisfont Abbey, dates from the 18th century. It features stone steps leading to the cascade, which has lead urns. The cascade consists of eight steps, falling a total of 2 meters and measuring 2 meters wide, with moss covering the stones. At the top of the cascade, there are lead urns with ram's head handles, positioned on plinths with carved ramps on either side.
