Description
St Davids Cottage is a late 17th-century cottage with a mid-20th-century addition. It is constructed of flint with brick dressings, timber scantling, and brick in the gables, and has a thatched roof. The cottage is positioned with its end facing the road. It is a one-and-a-half-story, two-bay building with a two-bay addition at the far end. A central plank door is located within a 20th-century weatherboarded gabled porch. A large two-light casement window and a pair of French windows are visible to the roadside end of the building. Above, on the first floor, are two 17th-century three-light casements set in eyebrow dormers. The roof is half-hipped and features a central stack.
