Description
Tiebridge Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1800, which incorporates stones from a medieval church. It stands on a reused dressed stone plinth and features a brick roof covered with plain tiles. The building is two storeys high and has a cellar, with a three-by-three bay layout and a contemporary wing at the rear. The front of the farmhouse has a central glazed 20th-century door situated beneath an open 19th-century gabled timber porch, which rests on a plinth adorned with fine medieval blind tracery work, likely sourced from North Houghton church. On either side of the door are six-pane sash windows, with a shorter and narrower similar window located above the door. All windows feature rendered brick arches. The roof is hipped and includes stacks on the return ridges.
