Description
Spencer's Farm Cottages is a pair of cottages, originally a house, dating from the early 18th century. They are constructed of brick in header bond, with the left half being colourwashed, and feature an old plain tile roof. The building is two stories high and has four bays, with an outshot at the rear. Each cottage has a central porch; the right cottage has a 20th-century brick pent-roofed porch, while the left cottage has a gabled open timber porch with an S-shaped tie-plate above. The left cottage has four 20th-century two-light casements, and the right cottage has two-light casements with segmental heads. On the first floor, there are two two-light casements. The cottages have toothed eaves and stacks located in the center and at each end.
