Description

This is a 18th-century barn located 20 metres north of Yew Tree Farmhouse in Hurstbourne Tarrant. The barn features a four-bay timber frame with a small addition at the east end that extends southward. It has a queen post truss and a half-hipped thatch roof, which is hipped over the lower addition. The walls are primarily boarded, with one section constructed using brick nogging.
