Description

The granary located 15 meters south of Houghton Manor House dates from the mid-18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, featuring an old plain tile roof that rests on stone staddles. The structure consists of three small bays supported by twelve staddle stones. There is a door above steps on the far side, and a dovecote is present in the gable at one end. The roof is half-hipped.
