Description
The garden walls in front and to the side of the Old Rectory date from the 18th century, with repairs made in the 19th and 20th centuries. They are constructed from coursed flint and brick, featuring either brick or tiled coping. The walls begin 50 meters southwest of the Old Rectory, where there is a flint and brick quadrant wall leading to a gateway. On the opposite side, a similar wall extends towards the house, connecting to a 40-meter brick wall that runs parallel to the front of the house. This wall joins a flint wall with tile coping, which continues for another 10 meters before turning at right angles and extending for 50 meters between the garden and the churchyard.
